GREAT NEWS... Stages 2, 3 & 4 construction has now been completed. All temporary site fencing has been removed so you are able to drive around the estate now.
The establishment survey for all three stages has now also been completed, your bank valuer can now finalise your valuation for finance purposes if needed.
Your settlement date will be 14 days from you being notified in writing of the issue of title. Let me know if you have any questions.
Titles for stages 2,3 & 4 are now all expected sometime in late April or early May 2021.

If you haven't signed a building contract yet, now is the great time to do it! With the Australian Government's extension of Homebuilders Grant to 31st of March 2021. A $15,000 grant is now available for eligible contracts entered between the 1st of January 2021 and the 31st of March 2021 (inclusive).
