As we stated last month, we're getting very close to the completion of Alexander Park Stages 2 -4. Stage 2 construction will be finished next week and the establishment survey for all blocks in Stage 2 will now be completed also by the end of next week. Valuations can commence from the following Monday the 15th of March. Titles are still expected to issue late March or into April depending on the speed of the approval process by the relevant authorities.
Stage 3 & 4 is very close behind with construction still expected to be completed by the end of March and the establishment survey for all blocks in Stages 3 & 4 will be also completed by the end of March. Valuations can commence from ironically April Fools Day, the 1st of April 2021.
All services and bitumen are now in stages 2,3 & 4 and the line marking has commenced. There is only a small portion of the footpath to be completed in Stages 3 & 4. Just a reminder there has been an update to the Housing Design Guidelines published last September 2020 so when submitting your plans for development approval make sure you have the latest copy from the website: Housing Design Guidelines September 2020 (link) If you haven't already signed a building contract, now is a great time to do it! With the Australian Government's extension of Homebuilders Grant to 31st of March 2021. A $15,000 grant is now available for eligible contracts entered between the 1st of January 2021 and the 31st of March 2021 (inclusive).
